Race office

A race office is located next to a athletic field. The address for the athletic field is Viipurintie 32, 20780 Kaarina

The opening times of an race office:

Sat 12.00 pm – 01.30 pm

The events, classes and lanes

6h running competion, men and women
12h running competition, men and women

Maximun number of participants: 120

The running direction will be reversed every 3 hours.
There are six lanes on the track. The lanes will be allocated so that faster runners will be on lanes 1 and 2, rest of the field is running on lanes 5 and 6. The support area will be on lanes 3 and 4 on front straight.

Late registration or event changing

Late registrations will be done in the race office no later than one hour before the event starts. Cash payments only.

Picking up the bibs and chips

Pre-registered runners will pick up their bib and timing chip from the race office, no later than 30 minutes before the event starts.
Please note: in case you have some sickness the organizers should know write that on back of your bib.

Parking places

There are plenty of free parking places near the athletic field. There will be guides dor directing cars.

Changing rooms

Changing rooms and showers will be on a support building close to a running track.

Timing and results

There will be an electric timing system. We will offer a real-time online-results during the competition from the beginning to the finish. Final results will be published on the web soon after the race.

Support

Because of Covid, there is just Tailwind -sports drink (about 6% carbohydrate), Water and Coke on support stations. Bring your own snacks with you.

On front straight there is also room for runners’ own support crews.

It is forbidden to give support for runners outside the designated support area. Supporters are not allowed to stay or move on running track.

Toilets

Toilets of a support building are available during the competion. There will be also a movable toilet-unit near to running track.

Medals and Prizes

On both events 3 best male and female runners will be awarded. All the runners will receive a medal.

Cancellation policy

It is not possible to transfer the participation to another runner. The registration fee is non-refundable. In cases of sickness or injury it is possible to move participation for next year with a medical certificate.

Insurance

Everybody participates on his/her own risk and there are no insurance on behalf of organizers.

Photographs and Videos

There will be photographers taking photos during the race. The organizers have right to use those photos for marketing and promoting the competion.

First Aid

There will be a first aid team on support station.

DNF

In case you have to withdraw from the competition before the time limit please inform the organizers about that.
